I am part of a group of investors in Los Angeles, I am interested in buying off market deals from wholesalers who locate these deals.  We have a team of people ready to help us rehab and put back on the market but we have zero experience with wholesalers.  How do you find people with wholesale offerings looking for cash buyers?
