hello BP Members :]

we just buy our first rental house!, and we start looking for the think e need to do in the rehab (there is a lot to do).

we expect to rent the units, so the question:

1. how do you list your things to rehab in a new house (expect the details in the INSPECTION report)? 

2. how you chouse you contractor if you new in the area? do you take multipile offers from contractors and then decide? 

3. what are the things I need to watch out for when hire contracor for big rehab?

will glad to get recommendation how to find a reliable contractor in cincinnati area :]
