Hey guys! Wondering if there are any contractors out in the Charleston Sc area. Planning on rehabbing houses to hold and rent. My father was a contractor for many years in Charleston...hoping to find someone with his drive and passion! He will probably be helping me find a good one. I hope to find someone to build a relationship with and continue business with! I love Charleston as it is my home! I want find someone who feels the same that wants to make a difference!
