Looking for an Investor-Friendly Real Estate Agent and a Property Manager in the Lehigh Valley area. Looking to purchase a single or multi family home to rehab and rent out. Cap Rate 10 percent minimum. Not very familiar with the area but am in NY and interested in Lehigh Valley. Need subject matter experts on the area. Please DM me if you fit the bill.
