So I've got a total of two audio books and about two days on bigger pockets under my belt. Want to get into flipping with the goal of being full time in real estate in max two years. That said I've got two kids under 5 so I don't have unlimited resources or time. I know I've got more research to do but I'm afraid of getting paralyzed in that step. Any advise is appreciated!
