I have $100k but brand new to REI and no exp - where do I begin?

Hi All,

I am brand new to REI and just starting to learn the basics (catching on pretty quick!) I have $100k, but need help on where to begin. I am interested in flips and rentals (preferable multi-family) initially, but open for the right opportunity. Also, I would be interested in partnering with an experienced individual to tackle the right properties/strategies with.
