Rehabbed a 3/1 - Should I change into a 3/2?

Hello, we've just completed a rehab with a basement with no bathroom. The only bathroom is a full bathroom but small. The reason we didn't add another bathroom in the basement even though it has a living room and bedroom is because the only place to build one was on the other side of the basement. This meant we would of had break the cement and new copper etc. I'm not sure what we can do at this point, but would it been better if we would of spent the extra $5-8k to do the bathroom down there? It's a 800 sqft foundation size house and the costs didn't make it seem like it was worth it at the time. I'm not sure how much value a house can bring in a smaller house that the ARV is around $130k. Please me know your thoughts. Thanks all.
