I found a home in a senior 55+ Community... it will need some rehab so I’m thinking of flipping or Brrrr
My question as someone who isn’t 55 ... can I buy a property that’s in a 55+ area if I’m flipping or does it have to be purchased by someone 55+
Other question how easy or difficult is it to sell a property in a 55+ Community?
Also if I am renting it out can I own it but just rent it out to someone who is 55+
Any advice would be great
Thanks
