FINDING CREDITABLE PRIVATE FUNDING

I'm fairly new to the real estate flipping Market. I have a few properties and Ohio that I have fixed and least out as rental.

I live in Houston Texas and have been here for more than 30 years.

My question to this group is:

Where do I start to find a CREDITABLE private partner/investor?

Where should I start looking?
