Hi, my name is Ryan. I have been interested in flipping houses/real estate investment ever since I was a kid. You could call me a real estate nerd. I have a passion for it. I went to college for real estate and marketing which helped develop my passion and a potential future plan. I would really like to shadow someone who actively flips property in the Atlanta area and possibly a mentor in this field.

I would greatly appreciate guidance in finding a mentor in this area.
