House Hacking First Time REI

Hello everyone!

This is going to be my introduction. I’m located in the Austin Texas area and would love to meet any locals! I’m beginning my real estate journey right after I graduate from Texas A&M in the fall. I have a background in software and artificial intelligence. I am going to be working in the finance industry as a software engineer until moving over to real estate full time makes sense.

My goal is to buy a small multi family property, and house hack it by early next year. Then BRRRR single family homes through my solo 401 k. From a lot of reading, podcasts and strategizing, I found this is the most efficient way to invest and something else would enjoy.

This is an amazing community and would love to hear from y’all. I hope you guys are crushing your goals. I look forward to contribute to posts and bring value.

Appreciate your time,

Alex
