California Bay Area Real Estate Investing

Hi everyone! I am getting started at one of the toughest markets In California. I’ve talked to many realtors and investors, and they’ve all advised me to start off with house flipping, and invest in rentals after I accumulate some cash.

Im looking at Vallejo, San Pablo/Richmond, Concord, and Antioch. Does anyone have any advice on getting started?
