Good day All!

I’m new to investing and am closing in on my first duplex. I’d like to accelerate paying down the mortgage by flipping additional properties and dumping the profits into my rent and holds. This is my escape to early retirement. I work a full time job and want to learn more about flipping and avoid any missteps. Happy to learn from you alls experience.
