Free Property to Rehab in Kansas City Area!

Well we're not giving the property away for free exactly. We are looking for an experienced rehabber in the Kansas City (MO) area to partner with to Fix and Flip a particular property that we took back as an REO. We will provide the property at our acquisition cost as part of the partnership, you use your resources for the rehab and we divvy up the proceeds from the sale.

Please PM me if interested. Rehab experience is essential.
