What are the costs to installing water, electric, and gas meter?
I am evaluating a SFH that is zoned for a duplex, and already has separate entrance, 2 kitchens, and 2 bathrooms because it is currently used as a student rental. It would be a "condo-style" duplex where one unit is on top of the other.
To convert it, I would need to install water, electric, and gas meter, wondering if anyone knows how much those would cost?
Can anyone think of any additional costs for this conversion that I am missing?
Thanks!
