Vacant with Potential

For the last couple of days, I've been looking at a house in my neighborhood that's extremely spacious with a driveway with a front and backyard. I've already asked around and no one occupies it. 

What's my next form of approach? It doesn't look REO either, so hopefully, I can get it, rehab, and flip.
