Help/Advise finding Wholesalers (Sacramento)

Good afternoon BP!

I am Victor Sims and I currently reside in the greater Sacramento area. I am fairly new to BP but I am looking to purchase my first fix & flip property here in Sacramento or surrounding areas as I will be managing the entire project & would like to stay relatively close as it’s my first deal.

I am looking for anybody that does/works on wholesale deals in the greater Sacramento area or could refer me to a few good people.

Any tips & advise for first timers working with wholesalers would be greatly appreciated! Anything to look out for/stray from?
