Closing flips on time

Jason Kisling
Posted

Anyone have any tips for closing on flips as scheduled so that you can get contractors lined up and scheduled to start the day after close and not have to reschedule all the time?

Seems I constantly have my closings pushed out a few days because something was overlooked or needed signing last minute ext By some random third-party or who knows what and then I have to reschedule all my contractors, is this just part of the game or does someone have any suggestions for me.? I am not a big company I only do about 10 flips a year.?      profit margins are so tight in my area i almost have to schedule contractors for the day after closing.
