Newbie in the Miami area

Hey everyone I’m a broker’s assistant in the Brickell area and I’m familiar with real estate however there is so much to learn. I’m eager to learn about fix and flip and creating my profile. I’m searching for a mentor who’s a really good at teaching and wouldn’t cheat me out on deals. Any suggestions?

@Rachelle Thermitus there are a lot of good coaches out there you can hire that will not take a portion of your deals. Make sure they are currently active in the business and are currently doing deals. The meetup @Rita Medeiros mentioned sounds like a great place to start.
