What are the blind spots...
What do you guys think of the blindspots investors should be considering before making an offer on a fix and flip property. In my view, I feel that there are many opportunities to rehab and sell on the open market, but have been warned by trusted people within my professional network to consider major repairs and costs associated with them such as septic tanks, chimney, HVAC systems, and any other high cost repairs to build into the pro forma analysis before making an offer. Let me know what you guys think would be the major repairs to look out for along with estimated costs associated with them.
