I am thinking about installing this product. It has a 20 year commercial warranty, lifetime residential, and 40 mil wear layer. It is $3.95 a sq.ft. I am getting tired of replacing carpet all the time in our rentals. Has anybody had any luck with this product? https://www.flooret.com/modin-rigid-vinyl-plank/
