Advice on my next step
Hello
My first RE buy was an incredibly lucky find. The 3bd 2ba 1200sq ft townhome was off market and in need of a complete interior rehab. I live there for three years and did all the work myself. Complete new kitchen, remodeled both bathrooms, flooring, paint etc. When sold I cleared $220k. After paying off my debts I bought another SFR. After 2years I'm now ready to sell and expect $70k gain. My question is where to next. Kind interested in a fix and flip since I have the skills to do the work myself. Any help or advice would great.
