I'm looking to connect with other like minded individuals like myself in the South Florida Market such as Broward, Palm Beach, Miami dade. I want to do the fix and hold strategy (BRRRR) and looking to gain knowledge and wisdom from those who use this method in the SF market or even fix and flippers. It's almost the same thing.
