Hi guys I am new here my name is William looking to get into fix and flip business at Sarasota Florida , most local realtors says fix and flip it's dead already now around here, other investor keep going forward with some deals any recommendations what should I to do. Thanks

William, fix and flips might have died a bit over the past few months but there are always properties to be found and renovated. I live close to this area and I'm now looking as well. It might be harder to find now days but deals are always out there. Sarasota is booming so with that being said you can always find a way to make money. I'm curious to what your strategy is here. Maybe we can connect and make some deals work down the road.
