Hi all,

I am a US citizen but i want to run my flipping business out of state. Could anyone help me specify what are the key factors to start?

I've read all guids and still feel like I'm not ready.

Thank you.

Tamir

In my opinion you are not ready to flip out of state if the extent of your preparation is "reading all the guides".

That barely gets you far enough to flip locally. Flipping out of state is much more difficult.

Flip locally or partner with someone out of state.
