I have a bid on a house that needs front and rear pier wall replacement due to no gutters or drainage around house, i was quoted $17k for pier wall replacement(68ft total) and $10K in gutters and french drains- house is 50ft wide ranch- is that close, i havent been able to get anyone else out yet?
