New to the buy and flip game

Hello,

I just recently moved to East Stroudsburg and I’m interested in meeting and getting together in regards to flipping or rehabing a house for rental or sale. I signed up for an upcoming meeting in the 17th of May but I think it would be great to get information now and get ideas on how the area is doing. If anyone has knowledge to pass along please feel free to message me or let’s get together and talk about options! I’ve flipped a couple places when I lived in Seattle but that was years ago and a different area.
