Contractors Dos and Donts

Hello BP!

I am a new broker in Indianapolis, IN and recently had a few contractors come through for some bids on a few properties our team has.

Two companies came in similar while the third was almost double the other two.

I was curious what things should and should not be said or revealed to contractors before they give you their bid.

Then once you accept a bid, what should and should not be said while the work is in progress?

Thanks for the help!
