Contacting potential family members
Good Morning BP-Does anyone know of a good letter or strategy to use when contacting potential family members of the property owner(s)? I have a few properties the home owners mailing address is listed at the distressed property address. Any info will be appreciated. Thank you all and have a powerful week!
