Bay Area real estate flip

Hi everyone,

I am currently located in the Bay Area looking for flipping opportunities. I don’t know have any personal experience and am just starting out but wanted to connect with other local investors. It seems like competition is steep in this area and I am wondering how people are finding good deals in this area and any recommendations on areas to look? I know some go out of the area but I’m looking for something that can be managed without getting on an airplane. Also any realtor recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks!
