How to calculate cost of landscape

Hello! I am taking the leap into real estate investing. First thing I am doing is educating myself on the flip process. Currently I am learning how to calculate rehab. I can’t find much on landscaping though. For example there is a property I am using for practice (just analyzing practice) and the backyard is all dirt. How would you guys deal with it, and what is your repair calc? Thanks! Sac, CA
