LVP over concrete and wood subfloor - underlayment needed

I posted this in another forum area and want to see if it will get some traction here.

https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/67/topics/678...

Looking for information on underlayment for flooring that will go over concrete and wood subfloor. Even asking the folks at the store I get differing answers. Just trying to get a more narrow down "what is acceptable and what can I get".

Thanks!
