Hey now everybody, so based off some research I have seen that it’s quite clear that the market in Austin makes it very difficult to flip houses. I wanted to know if there are any surrounding towns nearby that are doable. I’m am a complete rookie with real estate but am very intrigued and would greatly appreciate some help/advice here, thanks!

@Brandon Guido

Any house is a good flip if you get it cheap enough. It'll simply depend on the comps and days on Market. A local agent can give you some statistics on how healthy a particular town or market is for flipping but even still you can flip in just about any neighborhood you just need to make sure to never overpay and buy at the right price for the area you're looking in. Always follow the 70% rule
