New to REI, basically I’m in the knowledge phase but HELP!
Hello everyone!
I'm brand spanking new to REI and I'm wanting to put together a team and find an investor willing to work with us to start our business in flipping and rehab work. My questions to y'all is when creating a team, who do you pick? How do you know that you have a solid team?
Secondly any advice to getting sit downs with investors and how to start a conversation with them about flipping and rehab work where everyone is a winner? Anything helps and I’m looking forward to hearing from a lot of people.
