A swing and a miss... time for an adjustment

Bought a foreclosure, decent deal. Around 100k with 15% down ARV post rehab- $255k.

House needed major work. Put $100k into it. Today it’s beautiful. Just one problem, been carrying since August. 😢

Meant to fix and flip but I have struck out. Time to turn it into cash flow! Should make about $650 a month in cash.

But man oh man that was not the intent. Maybe try to sell again in a couple years??

Anyone else have similar experiences?
