Suggested Electrical, Plumping, and HVAC
When completing a renovation, how much would you suggest paying for
1.Electrical
2.Plumbing
3. HVAC
Can someone suggest cost of what I should pay for each or a total price.

@Sophia Coleman this is too open ended. Everything is dependent on specifics, ie. number of baths, beds, sqft of house.
Here are some starters:
HVAC
- How is the furnace, is it still kicking, no? ($3-5k to replace)
- How are the ducts, are you running new ducts? ($3-500 / duct)
- How is your ac, not doing so cold? (2k to replace)
PLUMBING
- Are your drain pipes galvanized steel or PVC? (5-7k to place entire stack)
- Your water lines are they copper, cpvc, pex? (2k to replace water lines)
ELECTRICAL
- Do you have an updated electrical panel, no? (1-2k)
- Do you have romex wire or knob and tube? (7-12k)
- Do you need new fixtures? (?)
These are VERY general estimates but gives you an idea for very basic ideas of what to pay for. You could buy a newer house that might already have all of the bones in place. Or you could buy a 1800 house that needs all new everything.
Are you thinking of a specific property?
