"Farm" area? Anyone experienced use this strategy?
Hello, I've heard of experienced investors say only farm one area until you are a expert. Honestly, there isn't enough deals in a "farm" area to do deal where I can flip it and make a profit; so I go to other areas, basically the whole state to find a deal that is profitable. It's tough right now..
