Private money for flip opportunity in WA.

Hello all,

I’m looking to invest in a flip with around 110k profits(no financing). I’ve done the calculators multiple times with multiple scenarios to figure if this is actually a great deal.Im looking for a partner to help with the carry costs while the rehab is going on. I will be putting in an offer tomorrow and secure funds during my waiting period. This is my first flip opportunity and am also trying to figure out the next steps I need to take in order to make this deal happen.
