Creating Bedrooms on Campus
Currently I have a duplex on the Ohio State University campus. Which means I can get $$ per bedroom. My duplex attic was home to two very large bedrooms. I have decided to undergo the process of converting it to a three bedroom one bath.
My brother and I and some friends will complete the job, hopefully in two weeks and under $8,000.
Do you guys have any creative ways you've added bedrooms or bathrooms?
