Second floor laundry? Selling point?
I’m getting ready to tackle my first Flip on a 3bd 1.5bth SF. I have the option to knock out a wall of a large closet off the full bathroom on the 2nd floor, extending the bathroom and allowing for a walk in shower and separate soaking tub. Or keeping the current size of the bathroom and making the large closet the laundry hookup. Question is would you rather see a second floor laundry or larger bathroom? What is the greater selling point?
