House Flipping Tips : Estimating ARV and Rehab Costs

Hello Biggerpockets community, I'm just starting out in REI and I realize that my first few properties will be the hardest to achieve. I'm wondering if there are any house flippers in New Orleans or surrounding areas that would possibly want to partner with or just "show me the ropes". Will work for experience, training, and education. The areas I need the most help with are financing deals without a bank, estimating rehab costs, and calculating the ARV. I hope this reaches y'all well, happy investing.
