Certainteed shingles
I did a quick search, and found no information, so here goes. If I'm repeating, I am sorry. It is common knowledge in the building industry that Certainteed Shingle Co. has a nationwide class action lawsuit going on relating to the quality of their product. I have been involved in the replacement of shingles on 4 different homes this summer alone, all benefiting financially from this lawsuit. Usually ends up paying about 20-30% of replacement cost. So if you flipping a home, and you need shingles, do some checking. It may just be worth your time.
