Looking to partner with seasoned flippers in Michigan

Hello,

I’m Charlotte and I’m from New York City.

In mid ‘18 I was able to purchase 2 homes in Detroit Michigan. I’ve been successfully renting out both houses since then. However, I’ve always wanted to buy and hold as well as purchase low and sell high. I decided to keep one of the houses and continue renting it out while I sell the other. I actually go to closing this week on the one I decided to sell. Made minimal profit 🤷🏽‍♀️.

Now while I have just a little money to work with, I’d love to get creative ideas on what I could do next. Fix n flips, but and holds, liens/deeds, notes, joInt ventures.. I’m open to it all. Just need someone to. Just need someone to help me out to see what’s the best move for me and how. Help me please ladies and gents. Real estate is my joy and passion and the only thing that really keeps me up at this hour of the night with the wheels in my head turning with excitement. I’m obviously new and don’t want to be taken advantage of, so a mentor and someone to work closely with me is really what I seek.
