I’m looking to invest in a property in Newark NJ , I spent sometime there in the summer 2018 and boy did I see potential for real estate so many houses not occupied it definitely opened my eyes up to owning my first home. The neighborhood a little tuff with s little hard work and good attitude goes a long way . Any insight to Newark real estate investing would help a lot!
