New to Phoenix AZ and wanting to get into flipping/rehab

Hello all, I’ve recently moved to Scottsdale AZ from Alaska to go flight school. For a long time I’ve thought about flipping houses but never thought it realistic for me because of lacking finances. I’m mostly looking for advice or insight on the greater Phoenix area flipping potential and if it would fit me. I’m still quite inexperienced with the site but would appreciate anyone taking time to chat with me about getting into full time flipping or possible a different path in Realestate.
