Hello, my wife (Jamie) and I are getting started in Real Estate investing. I have 2 years of leasing agent experience and have made the decision to go into investing. Right now, we are still developing our niche. We have decided to look at Deals in Multi and Single family housing. At the moment, the question we are wondering is how much do you need to know to effectively Rehab in the Brrrr strategy? Do most people hire a contractor to do 100% of the rehab?
