Rehabbing homes with indoor pets

Hello BP, Purchased a home that had a few indoor pets (2 dogs and 1 cat) with an increasing amount of people being allergic to pet dander I have my concerns. Although I'm going to remove all flooring and lay laminate throughout the entire house. My question is does anyone know if the dog and cat dander stay behind even when replacing the floor? If so how can I get rid of it? Thanks
