life expectancy of home/building components

I was going through "my favorites" list and found THIS list. I thought it might be helpful to someone: http://www.paccrestinspections.com/life.html
It's a list of components in a home, and the life expectancy for appliances,
cabinetry and storage, concrete and masonry
etc.
there's even a price list. This was published by the national association of homebuilders in 2006. Prices probably have changed...
