Hey guys I’m fairly new to the industry, and super new to BP but loving the community & content so far!

I primarily wholesale, but came across a juicy deal that I would like to take down myself!

The hurdle Im facing is funding the deal. I know I won’t qualify for traditional financing..I’ve heard a lot about creative financing but wanted to see what feedback I got from you guys!

Thanks in advance!
