Finding buyers for wholesale property

I'm getting ready to get started wholesaling in Orlando. In looking online I see there are several ads and websites for some form of "We Buy Houses." As I assumed there would be.

My question is how can I differentiate a company that is a wholesaler from one who is a flipper? A lot say 'cash in hand w/in 7-days' so my gut says those would not be wholesalers, and potentially someone I could market a deal to.

I'd love to get some insight, especially from anyone in the greater Orlando area. Thanks!
